OUR TEAM
Behind every plan, permit, and inspection is a team committed to making environmental compliance clear, practical, and manageable.
Shannon Oelkers
Owner & Principal Consultant
As a lifelong Alaskan, Shannon has a deep understanding of the unique challenges involved in executing oil and gas projects. Before founding Integrity Environmental in 2010, she gained extensive experience at the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, working in the Contaminated Sites and Terminal/Tank Farms division, where she became well-versed in industrial environmental compliance. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and a master’s degree in Community Development from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. With more than a decade of experience in inspecting and auditing bulk fuel tank farm operations, she brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Her industry expertise and extensive network give her a distinct advantage when planning capital improvement projects. In addition to her role at Integrity, Shannon enjoys snowshoeing, traveling, and hiking to the top of the nearest ridge to discover what lies beyond.
