Associate Environmental Consultant

Originally from the outskirts of Chicago, Michaela developed an early appreciation for the natural environment, even within an urban setting. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Northland College and went on to complete a Master of Science in Environmental Science at Oregon State University. After relocating to Alaska in 2023, Michaela began working in a laboratory focused on method development, where she gained experience in developing protocols and technical guidance documents. Her attention to detail and collaborative approach supports the delivery of clear, accurate, and practical environmental solutions for clients. Outside of work, Michaela enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking local trails with her dog, and tending to her garden.
