Monica joined Integrity Environmental after relocating to Anchorage from Chattanooga, Tennessee. She brings a strong technical background in environmental permitting and regulatory compliance, with experience helping facilities navigate complex air quality requirements. Monica earned bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry from Arizona State University and Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, with a focus on environmental regulation and hazardous waste management. Before joining Integrity, she served as an Environmental Protection Specialist with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, developing air pollution permits and collaborating with government stakeholders to support compliant, efficient industrial operations. She enjoys applying practical solutions to help clients achieve their environmental goals.
