Senior Environmental Consultant

Leslie Pearson brings more than three decades of experience in environmental science, oil spill prevention, vessel planning, and emergency response management. Prior to joining Integrity, she founded Pearson Consulting, LLC, where she specialized in spill prevention planning, preparedness, and regulatory compliance. Her previous work included nearly 20 years with the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, where she advanced to Program Manager of the Prevention and Emergency Response Program. In that role, she managed statewide spill preparedness and response efforts, led a multimillion-dollar budget, and oversaw high-profile investigations and enforcement cases. Leslie’s work has been recognized internationally through publications, presentations, and service as an expert witness in Canada. Leslie holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Alaska Pacific University.
